All solutions is a great company, Alec is so polite and knowledgeable. Took time to explain different bugs behaviors to us so we understood why they treat the house the way they do. We have 3 dogs and extra care is taken to make sure they are safe with the chemicals used. I would recommend All Solutions to anyone needing pest control. We are on their quarterly service and have no issues with pests in the house.

We’ve used All Solutions for about 4-5 years now and have always been happy with the results. They even do the inside of you house every few months. The people on the phone when you make an appointment are always courteous as well. Professional, nice and great value!

Great company! Derrick the owner genuinely takes care of his employees. The manager Blake gets his hands dirty with the techs. And the in office people are super sweet and awesome! I like supporting local, family-owned businesses, but All Solutions Pest Control was a big miss. I called about a carpenter ant issue, clearly explained what worked before, and the tech just gave my windowsill a quick spritz—never mind the ants were inside the structure. The promised termite inspection? Never happened. Months later, the ants are still around, and when I complained, they said the proper treatment was an “extra service.”
Now I’m being charged $150 to cancel early—because apparently, poor service still counts as service. The cherry on top? An email asking for holiday donations right after I requested cancellation. Sure, take my $150 and put it toward that.

I had a wasp nest in the retaining wall bricks in my front yard. It turned out to be five nests. Alec was fantastic and got rid of all of them. He managed to kill at least 60 wasps, I’m so glad I didn’t try to do this myself.

Mario was great! We have worked with All Solutions Pest Control for several years and from the very beginning saw a significant decrease in bugs and spiders. Our house backs to woods, so we are very appreciative! We had an increase in small ant activity a few years ago and they came out quickly to set traps and spray again.

All solutions does good work, and always shows up the months they’re supposed to. The only recommendation I’d have for them is to somehow better notify customers before coming for quarterly sprays, I.e knocking, or text message when on the way. They won’t come inside during quarterly sprays unless you catch them while they’re at the house spraying the outside and ask them to come in. There have been times where we’d like them to touch up some areas, but don’t catch them in time. However, I will add.. at any time you’re able to call the company to come spray in the inside outside of the quarterly so that’s been a good solution to missing them and they’re always super nice and accommodating when speaking over the phone. All in all, I’d recommend this company to anyone in St Charles County.

Really professional and just nice people all around. Excellent customer service. I was mowing the lawn and got attacked by hornets (stung 8 times) but could not locate the nest. I called them and they were out within two hours, located the nest and took care of everything. Definitely recommend.

Close to a year ago when I signed up for the regular treatment/services, I remember talking with an employee (either Caleb or Blake… second guessing myself) and how friendly they were. I just got a notice that my house was serviced again and wanted to take the time out to just say the initial sale and interaction was memorable and the regular service seems to be doing a great job. I did have a problem with the follow up service after the initial. But the owner himself (Derek) called me and cleared everything up. I recently switched our pest company, not really because we were unhappy with the prior company but Taylor from All Solutions Pest Control came to my door because they were in the neighborhood already servicing customers. I was reluctant to talk to him because we already had a pest control company. However, after taking a few minutes talking with him and finding out everything that was included in their treatments, I was completely onbaord with giving them a shot! I was paying the exact same price for not nearly the same service with the other company! Ethan was our serveice technician…he was timely, friendly, professional, informative and very respectful. He showed up prepared and knowledgeable as to what Taylor had left noted on our account, he also did a very thorough job and went above and beyond during the treatment process. Spencer performed our initial pest control service with All Solutions. We had previously used Aptive for the past year yet still had problems with pests both indoors and outdoors. After signing up with All Solutions, Spencer arrived literally 15 minutes after we signed up. Spencer spent over an hour at our house, spraying indoors, dispersing pest control agent in the attic, and spraying outdoors. Extremely thorough, courteous, and respectful. Even wore shoe covers inside, which was a nice touch that we’ve found is inconsistent among people that work inside houses.

I’d recommend all solutions to anyone looking for an inexpensive but good service. Our technician Spencer was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The service was quick but thourogh. The price point for the service is well worth giving them a call!

Very thorough and professional company! Easy experience from first phone call to service. Spencer, my technician, arrived at the beginning of the appointment timeframe I was given (2-4pm, arrived right at 2). This was an appoint that I received the same day I called for service… on a Saturday! He was dressed in full uniform, and was well spoken and represented the company well. This makes a difference to me when I let someone in to my home. All solutions definitely goes the extra mile to provide a value packed service!

Great customer service!
Had our first treatment today. Derek stopped by to explain the packages and services and I was able to arrange for treatment on the same day. The technician, Joseph, came a couple of hours later. Joseph was meticulous, courteous and provided a lot of great information. Both of these gentlemen were very helpful and well informed. Nice to see a company that hires such great people!

Ricky came on a Saturday and did a great job explaining to me what he was doing and why it was necessary. He was very polite and professional. Really nice guy and was in and out in a short time. If I need serviced again I will definitely ask for him.
